Aajil Accelerate

3-Month Intensive Internship Program

Aajil Accelerate is an intensive 3-month internship program designed for exceptional talent ready to build Saudi Arabia's next fintech unicorn. Starting September 14th, 2025, selected candidates will join our Riyadh headquarters for a hands-on experience unlike any traditional internship.

This isn't about shadowing or observing—it's about shipping real products, solving complex problems, and working on systems that handle millions in B2B transactions. Over 1000 candidates applied for our last cohort; we selected 4.

From day one, you'll contribute to production code, make decisions that matter, and work directly with our founding team and senior engineers. The program runs through December 24th, 2025, with top performers receiving full-time offers to continue their journey with Aajil.
