As a Data Analyst Intern (4 months, Riyadh), you'll transform raw data into insights that drive strategy across Risk, Growth, Product, and Operations. What You'll Do

You'll own end-to-end analytics projects that inform key business decisions and operational improvements. Your responsibilities include:

• Extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to answer critical business questions.
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reports that track KPIs across Risk, Growth, and Operations.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define metrics, design experiments, and measure outcomes.
• Identifying data quality issues and working with Engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Supporting automation of recurring reports and analytics workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and derive insights.
• Clear communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (required).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with BI platforms, data warehousing, or ETL concepts.
• Interest in fintech, SME ecosystems, or credit risk analytics.
