About Aajil
Aajil is a Saudi, Sharia-compliant B2B working-capital fintech for the industrial supply chain: contractors, traders, and manufacturers. We run the entire lending business on an internal product suite we built ourselves: credit decisioning, collections, deal processing, the sales platform, document intelligence, and an AI outbound engine.
The market we're in is massive and underserved. Contractors and traders in KSA move billions of riyals of goods on trust and delayed payment every year, with no fintech built for how they actually operate. We're fixing that.
What You'll Be Doing
Creative output at Aajil is growing fast, podcasts, long-form interviews, employer branding, and LinkedIn video content, and we need someone who can keep up. This isn't a conceptual role. It's execution-focused: you receive a brief, you produce clean work, you turn it around fast.
You'll work directly with our existing designer to own the video production pipeline end-to-end. The work is varied, the pace is high, and the bar is quality and consistency, not reinventing the wheel every time.
What You'll Own
-Edit various types of long form content from raw footage to Final Cut
-Produce short-form video content and reels for LinkedIn and social platforms
-Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and visual overlays using After Effects
-Maintain visual and audio consistency across all output in line with Aajil's brand guidelines
-Collaborate on-site to access and manage large production files efficiently
-Deliver finished assets on tight turnaround timelines without sacrificing quality
What We're Looking For
-A portfolio that shows real video editing work across long-form and short-form content. This is the primary filter; everything else is secondary
-Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (required)
-Strong ear for audio - you know when a cut sounds wrong, not just when it looks wrong
-You produce clean, consistent output without needing heavy direction
-You can work fast without cutting corners
-English proficiency preferred; strong talent can outweigh this
How we hire
Our hiring process is simple and designed to reflect the actual work you’d be doing at Aajil.
First, a TA screen, followed by a practical assignment based on a real-life task you could expect in the role. From there, you’ll have a discussion with the Hiring Manager to walk through your work, approach, and creative thinking, followed by a culture fit interview with leadership.
We’re not just looking for someone who can edit. We’re looking for someone who understands the brief, makes strong creative decisions, and can turn an idea into content that works.
Before you apply
We've found that people thrive here when they're comfortable moving without a full roadmap, prefer to sort things directly rather than escalate, and want to own the outcome from day one rather than execute someone else's plan.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. If you're not sure, read the Fine Print first: aajil.sa/en/thefineprint
