Aajil Sales Academy - Summer 2026

We do not. We want the fire. The rest, we will teach you.
The Aajil Sales Academy is a 3-month, full-time summer program for young Saudi talent who suspect they were built to sell and want to find out for sure. You will be in the market, on real calls, owning real targets, and learning from people whose job is to make you great.
Here is something most people learn too late: sales is one of the most rewarding careers there is. Few professions reward performance as directly. Your results, not your tenure, determine how far and how fast you go.
What you will do
Go to the market. Visit real customers, shadow real closers, then run your own conversations.
Own small targets with a real commission, so your wins are actually yours.
Learn the Aajil way of selling from the inside of a fast-moving startup.
What you will learn
An industry with real momentum. B2B Buy Now, Pay Later and SME financing are becoming a critical part of how Saudi businesses fund growth and manage cash flow.
The industries that need us. You will get inside the real sectors we serve, from construction to manufacturing and industrial supply, the backbone of the Kingdom's non-oil economy and its giga-project era. Selling here means understanding how real businesses operate, buy, grow, and solve problems.
Yourself. A signature learning track on sales and personality styles: understand how you operate, how to read others, and how to build trust and close, skills that travel with you for life.
How a real startup runs. Startups make up a huge share of where the future of work is happening. You will see how a modern, fast, trust-based company actually operates from the inside.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone curious, driven, and genuinely excited about sales.
Specifically, someone who is:
A sales enthusiast, not someone treating it as a job they can coast through. Sales is demanding, and you are someone driven by the challenge.
Energized by people. You enjoy customer-facing work, connect easily, and build trust and rapport naturally.
Willing to do the hard part. You will go to the market, hit the street with clients, and spend real time on calls. That's the part you should be excited about.
Comfortable with rejection. You understand that hearing "no" is part of the process, and you are motivated by improving rather than discouraged by setbacks.
We also love to see a strong academic record (high GPA) or proof you go beyond the minimum: leadership in university clubs, volunteer work, or anything that shows drive and initiative.
Must-have
A university graduate (graduated, or graduating via co-op), so we can hire you
Very comfortable and capable in English
Able to be in the office, in person, for the full 3 months of summer
Nice to have
High GPA, or a proven track record (clubs, leadership, volunteering)
Any early exposure to customer-facing or commercial work
You do not need
Previous full-time experience. You do not need previous sales experience. You will get constant support from the People team and the business to understand yourself, plus direct coaching on your growth and potential.
The deal
Three months. Real work, real coaching, real targets. Those who make themselves irreplaceable get a shot at a full-time role with us. Everyone else leaves with a Sales Academy completion certificate and a genuine reference for the journey they finished with Aajil.
