Our last two internship rounds drew over of thousands applications each. This summer we're opening something new.
Aajil Academy, formerly Aajil Accelerate, launches its first Sales Semester: a three-month, full-time, paid program in Riyadh for fresh graduates who want to learn how to sell inside one of the fastest-growing B2B fintechs in the region.
You'll shadow our best closers for the first couple of weeks, then take the field with your own targets and real commission. Four modules over three months, Prospecting, Negotiating, Closing, and Compounding, with weekly coaching from people whose job is to make you great.

What you'll learn

Who this is for
You're curious, driven, and genuinely interested in sales.
You like people and build rapport easily.
You're willing to do the hard part: the market, the street, the calls. That's the part you want.
You take rejection in stride. A "no" is information, not a setback.
A strong academic record or a track record of going beyond the minimum, clubs, leadership, or volunteering, tells us a lot. None of it is required.
Must-haves
A university graduate, or graduating via co-op. Very comfortable and capable in English. Able to be in the office, in person, for the full three months.
Nice to have
A high GPA, or proof of drive through clubs, leadership, or volunteering. Any early exposure to customer-facing or commercial work.
You do not need
Previous full-time experience. Previous sales experience. You'll get constant support from the People team and direct coaching on your growth.
The deal
Three months of real work, real coaching, and real targets. Top performers earn a full-time seat at Aajil. Everyone else leaves with a Sales Academy certificate and a genuine reference.
