Aajil is a Saudi Sharia-compliant trade-enablement company serving construction, manufacturing, and trading SMEs across the Kingdom through murabaha-based products. We are a venture-backed team of roughly 60 people based in Riyadh, building infrastructure that is reshaping how Saudi SMEs procure and grow.
Aajil is an AI-native company. Our internal operating systems, credit decisioning, document processing, sales operations, and internal knowledge run on AI tooling we have built ourselves. We expect everyone in the company, including this role, to work with AI as a daily extension of their thinking.
The role
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will sit at the centre of how Aajil grows. You will own the operational layer of our funnel, helping move warm leads into closed deals while building the systems and automations that make the process scalable.
This role combines operations, coordination, and systems thinking. We are looking for someone who can execute quickly, identify patterns, and continuously improve the way work gets done through automation and process design.
You will work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Engineering in a fast-moving, high-context environment.
What you will do
Manage inbound communication across WhatsApp, email, and CRM platforms in both Arabic and English
Respond quickly and effectively to high-intent inbound leads while ensuring a strong customer experience
Coordinate across Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to unblock stalled deals and maintain momentum across the funnel
Chase missing documentation, follow up on approvals, and keep clients informed throughout the financing process
Identify and filter out low-quality leads, brokers, and non-ICP enquiries before they consume sales capacity
Use AI tools extensively to draft responses, summarise conversations, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency
Build automations, templates, and scalable workflows for repetitive operational tasks
Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to reporting and operational tracking
Create documentation and runbooks for recurring operational scenarios and internal processes
Surface recurring operational patterns and bottlenecks to Product and Engineering teams
What success looks like in your first 90 days
Warm inbound leads consistently receive meaningful responses within target response times
You have become a reliable coordinator across Sales, Credit, and Operations for deal escalation and execution
At least one recurring operational workflow has been automated or systemised with measurable efficiency gains
CRM hygiene, lead tracking, and operational follow-ups are consistently maintained at a high standard
You have contributed to internal documentation or operational runbooks used by the wider team
Your operational insights have informed at least one workflow, tooling, or product improvement
What we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in operations, sales support, customer success, consulting, supply chain, or other fast-paced operational roles
Fluent Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and follow-ups simultaneously
Genuine familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms as part of your daily workflow
A systems-oriented mindset with a natural tendency to improve, automate, and streamline repetitive processes
Strong judgement and problem-solving ability, including knowing when to escalate issues versus handling them independently
Comfort working in high-volume, fast-moving startup environments with frequent context switching
Experience using CRM systems and operational tools is strongly preferred

This is not a remote or hybrid role. The position requires full-time, in-office presence in Riyadh
