ABOUT AAJIL
At Aajil, we’re on a mission to redefine B2B Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) by empowering SMEs in construction and manufacturing with flexible, fast, and accessible solutions. As a high-growth fintech disruptor, we’re challenging traditional trading systems and building products that drive real impact for underserved businesses.
If you're passionate about B2B sales, crave meaningful ownership, and want to help reshape the future of trade, this is your opportunity to do work that truly matters.
THE ROLE
Revenue Operations at Aajil is the connective tissue between sales activity and business outcomes. This role exists because we believe the difference between a sales team that hits its number and one that doesn't is often not talent, it's visibility, structure, and the quality of information flowing through the system.
As our RevOps Analyst, you will own the reporting cadence, data integrity, and operational rhythm that keeps the revenue team accountable and leadership informed. You'll work across sales, credit, technology, and marketing, not as a coordinator, but as the person who holds the system together.
Our sales team is expected to roughly double over the coming months. That growth creates more pipeline to track, more people to keep aligned, and more complexity to absorb. This role scales with that, and the person in it will need to scale with it too.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
At its core, this role has three areas of ownership:
Pipeline Visibility & Reporting
You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of everything the revenue team uses to understand its own performance. This means owning the scorecard, maintaining CRM data integrity across the team, and making sure leadership always has a clean, current picture of where the business stands. When data is missing or wrong, you chase it. When a metric is off, you flag it, with context, not just a number.
Forecast & Deal Cadence
You run the rhythm that keeps the sales team honest about its pipeline. That means owning the weekly forecast cycle, tracking pipeline health, and ensuring that the data leadership uses to make decisions is reliable. As the team grows, maintaining this cadence across a larger group of AEs becomes more demanding, and more important.
Operational Accountability
You make sure the operational system works in practice, not just on paper. This includes keeping tools and processes maintained, supporting new AE onboarding into the system, and being the person who notices when something is breaking down before it becomes a problem. You don't fix everything yourself, but you make sure nothing falls through the cracks unnoticed.
WHO YOU ARE
You are obsessive about data accuracy. You don't publish a number you haven't verified, and when something is missing or stale, you go get it, you don't wait for it to sort itself out.
You are comfortable in environments where you are managing people's behaviour as much as you are managing data. Getting an AE to submit their pipeline update on time is as much the job as the spreadsheet itself.
You understand sales funnels intuitively, from lead volume through conversion rates to closed revenue, and you can spot where the math is breaking before it shows up in the number.
You communicate clearly and directly. What you produce gets read by leadership and acted on by salespeople. It needs to be simple, accurate, and timely.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and growth. The team around you will change and expand. The systems will evolve. You stay effective regardless.
REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related role
Fluency with CRM systems, data hygiene, pipeline stages, reporting, and workflow logic
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, you build models and maintain them, not just read them
Experience maintaining dashboards or reporting frameworks that drive decisions, not just building them once and leaving them
Solid command of funnel math: conversion rates, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy
Strong written communication in both Arabic and English
NICE TO HAVE
Experience at a fintech, lending, or B2B sales-led company
Familiarity with lead scoring, outreach automation, or AI-assisted sales tools
Exposure to a high-growth startup where the ops function was being built rather than maintained
Experience supporting SDR or BDR teams with tooling, tracking, and performance frameworks
