We are hiring a Product Lead (Individual Contributor) to take full ownership of key financial products and consolidate product decision-making into one accountable role.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a process-heavy or design-theory position. You will own product decisions end-to-end, from problem definition to launch-working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of fintech products (payments, lending, pricing dynamics)

• Product requirements and execution flow with engineering squads

• Launching and iterating on new product ideas

• Ownership of pricing logic and financial product performance

• Defining and managing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) end to end

• Full accountability for the product roadmap (decision owner, not just contributor)

• Ensuring products align with Saudi regulations and Shariah-compliant principles
  
  What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• 3–5 years of experience in product management within fintech or financial services

• Hands-on experience with payments, lending, credit, or financial products

• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams (requirements → delivery)

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment

• Strong execution mindset with a bias toward action

• Comfortable making decisions under ambiguity

• Arabic (must-have) and English (non-negotiable)
