As a Revenue Analytics & Growth Intern, you'll dive head-first into real-world data challenges, uncovering insights that directly drive our growth strategy. What You'll Do As a Revenue Analytics & Growth Intern at Aajil, you'll be at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing revenue patterns and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize our BNPL product offerings
• Building and maintaining dashboards that track key metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) using SQL and BI tools
• Writing SQL queries to extract insights from our transaction data and customer database
• Collaborating with engineering to implement tracking and analytics infrastructure
• Creating data models to forecast revenue and identify high-value customer segments in the construction sector
• Automating reporting processes using Python/scripting to save hours of manual work
• Presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership in both Arabic and English

What We're Looking For

• Based in Riyadh - this is an in-person role at our offices
• Fluent in both Arabic and English - you'll analyze local market data and present to diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn messy data into actionable insights
• Comfortable with SQL or eager to master it quickly (we'll test this!)
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets beyond basic formulas (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, array formulas)
• Basic coding ability in Python, R, or similar - you should vibe with writing scripts and automating tasks
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields
• Natural curiosity about fintech, growth metrics, and how construction businesses operate
• Bonus: Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar visualization tools

Technical Assessment Be prepared to:

• Solve a SQL challenge during the interview process
• Walk through a data analysis you've done (academic or personal projects count!)
• Discuss how you'd approach measuring the success of a new BNPL feature
