What You'll Do As a Customer Support Intern at Aajil, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enable growth for SMEs in the construction sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls in Arabic to collect customer feedback and insights that shape product decisions.
• Operating systems and processes on behalf of clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collecting and updating critical client data (phone numbers, contact details) to maintain database accuracy.
• Verifying and refreshing contact information through direct customer engagement.
• Acting as a key touchpoint for users, ensuring professional and efficient support.
• Collaborating with operations and support teams to identify and implement workflow improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Native Arabic speaker with conversational English skills.
