As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll architect the decision intelligence that powers how capital flows across the region. You’ll lead the charge on building production-grade machine learning systems, integrating unconventional data sources, and unlocking smarter, faster decisions at scale. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, deploy, and continuously improve core ML models in underwriting, fraud, pricing, and risk management.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines that convert raw signals into real-world financial decisions.
• Lead experimentation across credit, product, and pricing hypotheses — with fast iteration and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to ship new systems that move key business metrics.
• Stay close to performance in production — championing observability, accountability, and explainability in everything you build.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve seen what it takes to move models from notebook to production — and you know where most companies get stuck. You care about the stack, the science, and the speed.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 5+ years in ML, DS, DE, or applied research, preferably in fintech, credit, or high-stakes decision systems.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade models that directly influence product or financial outcomes.
• Strong command of Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries — with the judgment to know what’s signal vs noise.
• Familiarity with model deployment workflows, online inference, and performance monitoring.
• Curiosity and rigor: you’re constantly learning, and never afraid to challenge assumptions with data.
• Bonus: experience with alt-data, MLOps pipelines, or real-time inference systems.
